Chad was raised in Lexington, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. Along with his extensive knowledge of the Greater Columbia market, he has over 15 years of experience in sales, construction, remodeling and residential real estate. In addition to the local Columbia market, Chad has experience in acquiring, renovating, leasing and selling real estate in 10 other markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their two children, Cam and Kalli. Cam loves wrestling, karate, baseball and beating up his Dad. Kalli enjoys playing softball and hanging out with other teenagers. In his spare time, you can find Chad watching or playing sports, hanging out near a body of water or enjoying a good meal and a good craft beer.
